Background:
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Stephanie Anne, with an adventurous spirit and keen interest in the ethnicities of world cultures and international design, jumped on an opportunity to move to Miami in order to experience life in a more diversified and international city. She earned an Interior Design Degree from Florida International University, which culminated in seeking further international exposure by completing her Thesis and Special Studies abroad at the American College in London.
Early Start- Opened her own Company:
At the age of 25, Stephanie Anne, living and working as a Designer in Dallas, Texas, incorporated her own Design Company only a few years out of college. With an affluent clientele, her interior projects, furniture, bed linens, and home interior accessories designs were a hot commodity. At that time, she specialized in upscale and unique Stephanie Anne juvenile furniture. Starting with her exclusive crib designs, to design patents, and on to design and manufacturing exclusive bedding and accessories lead to more and more designs until she had "parents-to-be" calling from all over the country for her work.
Retailer and Juvenile Furnishings Industry - The Design Pioneer
She single handedly changed the face of Juvenile furniture design forever. With such a rapid popularity and desire for her children's furniture designs, she launched her first store, in 1996, Stephanie Anne Room to Grow, in Dallas, TX. A showplace of all her fabulous and distinctive children's furniture and bedding collections....this was years before there was ever a Pottery Barn Kids...and nothing like her works had ever been designed or made for the juvenile industry.
Color was taken to another level for the first time, painted on her line of poster cribs, changing tables that converted to dressers, wardrobes that looked so beautiful they are still in teenagers rooms today, and unique patented designs like her signature "Garden Gate" crib, had her designing rooms for foot ball player wives and celebrities. A true trend maker, she shaped a new face for the look of all children's interior furnishings and is known to have been the pioneer of this new fresh look for children. In 1998, she opened a sister store, of the same name, in Houston.
Both stores were the premier boutiques in their respective cities for luxury, high end, and distinctively designed baby furniture, bed linen lines, and beautiful clothing, all designed and mostly manufactured in her own manufacturing facility. By 1999 she was distributing the Stephanie Anne Room to Grow Collections through her own catalog nationwide as well as having launched one of the first Baby Furniture and bed linen sites to hit the Web. She began wholesale distribution in 1999 as well, and by 2001 had over 50 employees and was running millions of dollars of sales annually.
Recent Years:
As her taste evolved and her design expertise grew, she progressed from Children’s products to creating for the whole home again. With an expansive clientele following, many began asking her to design furniture for the entire home. Soon thereafter, came her newly developed designs for adult bed linen collections, bath, tabletop, and adult apparel, specifically "lounge wear" that had her clientele wanting to make room in their closets for yet another Stephanie Anne category launch!
In 2008, she moved her Dallas store to the upscale Highland Park Village Shopping Center, in Dallas where it is currently resides along with Hermes, Chanel and Ralph Lauren, to name a few. The Stephanie Anne flagship boutique offers the shopper a myriad of ever evolving chic furniture, jewelry, apparel and home accessories designed by Stephanie Anne...Always an adventure and always a surprise!

Stephanie Anne caught the attention of the discriminating retailer, Neiman Marcus, with her premier Spring 2011 Jewelry collection early on. The collection launched in their Key South Florida select stores, and is also available in select boutiques as well as in her Flagship Dallas, Texas boutique.
Currently Residing:
When not on the move with her husband Anthony in travel and work, they divide their time between....friends and business in Texas, family in Florida, and being inspired/designing in her home studio in Mexico. Her design studio provides for a never ending array of inspiration...listening to the courtyard fountain trickle, enjoying the bright array of flowers enveloping the home, and watching the buzz-about of hummingbirds near and far. A view of the colorful hills beyond never gets dull and with their two cats, Star and Bucks, always in tow, life is dreamy.
